Ingredients

- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Nori Sheets
- Black Sesame Seeds for Eyes
- 1 can of tuna in water, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the Rice:
- Rinse sushi rice thoroughly and cook according to package instructions.
- Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Fold into the warm rice and let it cool.
- Once rice is cooled place a spoonful of rice in the bottom of your mold.


Make the Spicy Tuna Filling:
- Combine drained tuna, mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
- Once your tuna mixture is made add a spoonful to your onigiri mold.
- Feel free to add some avocado.
- Cover the tuna with more rice until mold is full.



Shape the Bat Onigiri:
- Wet your hands to prevent sticking.
- Mold seasoned rice into a triangular shape for the bat’s body.
- Cut nori into bat wing shapes and attach to the sides. Use black sesame seeds for eyes or sriracha or wasabi.
