Base
- 1 bag of Tortilla Chips
- 1 lb Carne Asada
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- 1 Cup of Black Beans cooked
- 1 cup of Cheddar
- 1 cup of Mozzarella

- Pickled Red Onions
- 2 Jalapenos sliced
- 1/2 cup Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Corn
- 1 Avocado
- Cilantro
- Sour Cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cayenne
Instructions
- Line your cast iron with foil and put a layer of tortilla chips on the bottom.
- Cut your carne asada into small pieces and brown on the stove.
- Add Red bell pepper and garlic to cook with the meat.
- Once everything is cooked layer the meat, red bell pepper, and black beans on the tortilla chips.
- Next layer them with both cheese and put into oven at 350 for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
